It happens, passwords are often forgotten. When a SAP Business One user forgets their password, an administrator can change it in the system.
While you won't be able to look up their password and remind them what it is, you will be able to change it to something you are familiar with and send them on their way.
To update a user's password in SAP Business One, follow these steps: SAP Business One should now be open. Go to Administration > Setup > General > Users under Modules.
Find the username.
Next to Password, click the elipses (...).
Replace your old password with a new one.
